Job description

As a Transport Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and optimizing daily transport operations (FTL and LTL/Groupage) with our subcontractors. You will coordinate with internal teams, external carriers, and clients to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries while maintaining high service standards.
Last but not least, you will proactively identify transport opportunities in the market and manage them from A to Z.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule transports for national and international shipments
  • Monitor transport execution and proactively resolve issues
  • Liaise with subcontractors and warehouse teams
  • Maintain accurate transport documentation and system updates
  • Coordinate transports with our back-office team
  • Procurement of transport
Your profile
  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in transport planning or logistics coordination.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with any transport management systems (TMS) and MS Office.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; French or German is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Commercial flair: You have a keen sense for cost-efficiency, customer satisfaction, and spotting opportunities to improve service or margins
