Function

Would you like to play a key role in efficiently organizing return and recycling processes? As a Reverse Logistics Coordinator, you ensure that return flows run smoothly, that products and materials regain value and that all stakeholders are properly informed and followed up. A challenging role that combines analytical insight, organizational talent and a sustainable mindset.

Your Responsibilities

Process & Analysis

  • Map out return and recycling flows and analyze data to gain new insights.
  • Develop KPIs and measurement methods to visualize costs, revenues and volumes.
  • Translate analysis into proposals for more efficient and sustainable processes.

Suppliers & Partners

  • Select and contract suitable suppliers and buyers for recycled products.
  • Negotiate on price, quality and service and build long-term relationships.
  • Ensure reliable collaboration with external stakeholders.

Administration & Follow-up

  • Manage return cases from A to Z, including invoices, payments and credit notes.
  • Ensure accurate administration that inspires trust among clients and partners.

Reporting & Steering

  • Monitor performance using KPIs and prepare reports for management.
  • Propose initiatives to reduce costs and maximize revenue.

What We Expect From You

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent through experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or procurement (experience in reverse logistics is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills – you see opportunities in data.
  • Organizationally strong and administratively accurate.
  • Communicative and skilled in negotiation, both with suppliers and internal teams.
  • IT-minded, proficient in ERP/CRM systems and Excel or reporting tools.
  • A proactive, results-oriented and reliable team player with a focus on sustainability.
