For a company located in Grimbergen, we are looking for a Transportation Analyst. This company moves over 250 orders a day from +730 suppliers in EAME to over 72 facilities all over the world. You would be part of the Outbound Prime Product Transportation Team.

As a Transportation Analyst, you play a vital role in driving operational efficiencies & process improvements for machines and engines moving from regional shipping sites to dealers and end customers. The Transportation Analyst is the process owner for the planning and execution of domestic and international transportation shipments with the purpose of delivering a best in class order to delivery experience. To be successful, this key role requires that you effectively interface with internal teams in the orders management and planning processes to support end to end visibility, reduce transit time variability, in-transit inventory, and transportation cost.

Your Main Responsibilities Are
  • Do governance of dealer care meetings (set up, coordination, action trackers)
  • Do dealer communications with regards to supply chain events, disruptions, branch closures
  • Create dealer reports in eViz (salesforce)
  • Own Dealer care dashboards: identify and correct data quality issues in eViz (salesforce). Develop on root causes and corrective actions with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Work with Ocean Data Quality team and operate control on the ocean shipments: identify and correct data quality issues in InforNexus, and developing root causes and corrective actions with appropriate stakeholders.
WAT ZOEKEN WE?
  • Bachelor / Master degree, preferably in Logistics or Supply chain, Engineering, Finance, IT and/or prior experience in international transportation areas
  • Previous experience with scorecards, metrics, performance management processes
  • Proven analytical & problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Proficient English communication skills
