Transversal Change Manager

With time we have developed an inhouse change management methodology focused on helping people embrace the technology change around them.

We are looking for someone who is interested in technology and aspires to drive adoption and change at big corporations.

As a junior change consultant, your mission consists of transforming the way companies work. The technology implemented may vary but the goal is the same: ensure an adoption of the technology deployed through our proven change management methodology using Prosci.

• You have a passion for people and technology. You are not afraid of talking to people and helping them becoming effective in whatever they do
• You have a couple of years of work experience, are eager to learn and become a change management and business expert
• If you have notions of change management or even know Prosci, that’s definitely a plus!
• You’re able to build executive relationships with customers, influence their long-term strategic direction & act as a trusted advisor.
• You have what it takes to succeed and grow:
• You work well in a team and independently - we certainly don’t micromanage but we do hope you can work autonomously
• You are proactive - You don’t wait for your manager to tell you what to do
• You are willing to work on multiple missions simultaneously - To be honest, this will be the case 80% of the time :)
• You embrace change and are not afraid of presenting and defending it to an audience - This is just another sentence to say that you are a believer in change management
• You are capable of running workshops with customers, often remotely: you can convey enthusiasm, drive and creativity, and can manage a (virtual) room in a professional way, ensuring you reach the desired outcome of each session
• You want to deeply understand each organizations work, what makes them tick, how the dynamics between people, teams & departments are and how they are different, to fuel your change management plan to take the reality of your specific customer into account
• You favor transparency - towards your coach/manager and the customer: you call out risks & issues before they have an impact, and you manage them in a professional way to ensure your customer’s success in rolling out the change.
• You enjoy teaching/giving training. If you have experience in this domain it’s a plus!
• You enjoy writing communications. If you have experience in this domain it’s a plus too!
• You have a teachable mindset - Everyone makes mistakes, but it’s important to learn from them.
• You enjoy helping people - That’s what change management is about: helping people navigate change
• You believe that self development is key to success - Lifelong Learning is one of our core values and one of your KPIs
• Bilingual FR/NL, English is a must.
