About our role:
Our client is a well-known Telecommunications company looking for a talented and passionate individual to join their team as a UX copywriter and Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing and creating digital content solutions to support the user journey and drive impactful digital experiences across multiple channels, platforms and segments.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and inclusive team, and make a real impact on the user experience for our customers in the Belgian market. What you will be doing:
Lead and shape the digital content design for web and app platforms (considering UX writing practices) in close collaboration with UX, designers and marketeers.

Moving between strategy, design and implementation, ensure that content is aligned to the experience vision, design principles, content strategy and brand values.

Plan, analyze and produce content and product copy that is relevant, easy to understand, accessible, inclusive, and conforms to the brand style & tone of voice.

Use data, insights, and research to take right content and design decisions.

Permanent monitoring of customer feedback and organizing customer tests and A/B tests to support the assumptions made and continuously optimise the digital interfaces.

Define & follow up usage performance KPI’s.

Ensure the implementation of a consistent user experience, across all touchpoints.

What you bring:
Ambition to further develop your career in the UX and copywriting field.

Previous experience with UX wireframes in Figma.

Experience with SEMrush for SEO optimization.

Familiar with scrum techniques and agile project planning

You have good creativity assets, to think out of the box and propose pro-active actions.

Strong communication skills (written and oral) in French and/or Dutch and English
