Your role

As a Veeva Vault Consultant, you will work with a team to implement the Veeva Vault solution to meet customer needs. This will include analyzing and designing requirements, creating architectural designs, and maintaining the integration of Vault and CRM.

This role may require travel and working with diverse cultures, as big pharmaceutical companies often use Vault to facilitate localization in different markets. You may also be responsible for conducting workshops and ensuring end user adoption of newly implemented features in different countries.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Setup and maintenance of integration between Vault and CRM
• Work closely together with Veeva CRM stakeholder to ensure the flow from content building to content using is working properly. Look for synergies between Veeva Vault and Veeva CRM.
• Monitor sync process of Approved Emails
• Monitor sync process of CLM Presentations
• Improve Vault product with latest releases
• Improve Vault product based on incoming business request
• Work closely together with business, gather clear business requirements and translate into Jira stories
• Assess impact and collaborate with other team members to implement user stories
• Build reports and dashboards according to business needs
• SPOC for Vault Product questions
  
  

Additionally, you will be responsible for testing, training, demos of the solution and roadmap creation in line with customer’s strategy.

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree, university degree or master’s degree (preferred, but not necessary in Business, Economics or Marketing). Min. experience of 3-5 years.

• Can work in a flexible and independent manner, team player, problem-solver
• Has an interest in customer data and processes, which you will use to develop functional implementation plans in a CRM environment
• Pro-active and strong communicative skills (nl, eng)
• Driven, motivated, passionate, and committed
• Eager to learn and stay on top of latest CRM trends
• Travel is a possibility (30%, mainly Europe)
