Who are we looking for?

• A degree in Information Management or several years of experience as a document controller (or a similar function)
• Experience in the engineering sector is an asset

Required technical competences

• You are a master of Microsoft Office Tools

Expected soft skills

• You are customer directed, communicative, accurate and result driven
• You have an affinity with organizing and coordinating
• You are a teamplayer, however you can work independently
• You have a profound knowledge of Dutch and English
• You are motivated to discover all aspects of this job

Where do you fit in?

As a Document Controller you are responsible for the management of all incoming and outgoing documentation during the whole project timeline. You are a part of the project team and manage all documentation following the specific project disciplines in an integrated document managing system. Furthermore you automate and professionalize the document managing of our organisation.
