The Junior Performance & Projects Coordinator will be leading the following topics :

  • End to End Performance analysis linked to the new organization & call for actions
  • Implementation of the highlighted improvement actions
  • Processes optimization cross categories
  • Global optimization and productivity projects

And will be supporting on:

  • Themis (SAP integration) harmonization for the biggest Dairy factory in Europe
  • Power BI setup within D2D and beyond for the BE market
  • Design To Delivery (Operations) PMO for the ongoing transformation
  • Performance future setup
About you

About You


To be successful in this position, our ideal candidate has:

  • A Master level (preference in Food Industry)
  • Fluency in English, French or Dutch is a plus
  • Analytical and communication skills
  • A results-oriented mindset
