As a member of the Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) team, you will be responsible for building, managing, optimizing, and sustaining mateco’s voice and call center platforms. Your role involves providing education and guidance throughout the organization to ensure optimal usage and adoption of these platforms within the mateco group.
You will offer professional advice, analyses, and communication regarding voice projects, strategies, problems, and incidents to both internal IT teams and external partners, ensuring maximum transparency towards management and business units.
This position focuses on voice and call center technologies, requiring both deep technical expertise and strong business acumen to translate voice communication requirements into technical solutions that drive organizational efficiency across the mateco group.

- Voice Platform Management: Oversee and enhance Microsoft Teams Voice and call center systems, ensuring stability and optimal performance across all entities.
- Technical Advisory: Translate business communication needs into technical solutions, aligning with architectural guidelines and regional requirements.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing: Develop training materials and conduct sessions to empower internal teams with voice platform expertise.
- Communication & Project Support: Manage internal and external communications regarding voice projects, incidents, and changes, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance, identify areas for enhancement, and implement improvements in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Knowledge Management: Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new knowledge to maintain cutting-edge voice communication systems.
Ok. And what exactly would make you the perfect fit for this?
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in voice communications, telephony systems, or VoIP platforms.
- At least 3 years of experience with Teams Voice implementation and call center integration.
- Experience with call center solutions and contact center integrations.
- Experience in project coordination, training, documentation, and communication.
- Frequent travel to mateco subsidiaries is expected.
Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Teams Voice administration and architecture across global entities.
- PowerShell scripting for Teams Voice and telephony systems.
- SIP protocol and multi-carrier integration technologies.
- Voice quality monitoring and analytics tools across multiple regions.
- ITIL V3-4 certification is preferred.
