* Warehouse Shipping & Logistics Co-ordinator - Leuven, Belgium - Permanent Position.* Please only apply if you speak fluent Dutch and English and can work legally in Belgium without assistance The Company An agile innovative software firm specialising in Fibre Optics and Software Defined Access Networks, headquartered in France, with offices also in Belgium, Germany, Italy, USA, India and Australia. Almost 450 employees worldwide, with over half dedicated to R&D. The Role Use software to track, check, prioritize and follow deliveries

Manage all important documents such as; POD’s Custom documents,

Control budget of the shipping department

Ensure compliance to legal regulations, ISO requirements, and company policies

Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services

Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle

Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements

Requirements 5 years’ experience in a warehouse of a very high quality and high flexibility demanding environment (industrial, aeronautic, automotive, )

Bachelor’s- Master degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or relevant field.

In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry.

Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software.

Hands on mentality, 50 % of the task is on the floor

Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus.

Technical knowledge

PC MS Office

Experience in using ERP for the main functionalities used in a production environment (SAP is a plus).

Lean-Six sigma tools or equivalent (The 5 Whys, The 5S System, Kaizen (Continuous Improvement)
