Position Summary: Manage and coordinate warehouse / Repair center daily jobs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility of facility, property, employee safety, according to regulations and rule.
• Develop rules and procedures to improve job efficiency and customer satisfaction (internal and external customer).
• With input of sales/aftersales/logistic/management, close monthly/weekly/daily job priorities cross all sides.
• Manage physical receiving/shipping/repairing/PDI of all goods in/out warehouse, fully align with logistic specialist for inventory accurate and efficiency.
• Manage warehouse workers and technician, to safely complete planned job with high efficiency.
• Highly responsive cross team communication. Build outstanding relationships with cross functional internal external partners.
• Ensure all shipping/logistic/repair documentation used by the company is accurate and distributed accordingly, as evident of warehouse job flow.
• Oversee carrier performance, to ensure service levels are being achieved together with logistic specialist.
• Oversee cycle count process and assist in managing inventory audits
Skills and Requirements:

• Prior experience in factory, warehouse, repair shop manager is strongly preferred
• With qualified certificate and skill that can handle warehouse/report job by itself when needed
• Ability to problem solve and prioritize, portray a positive, solution-oriented attitude at all times
• Outstanding organizational skills and acute attention to detail
• Strong customer service attitude, internal and external
• Ability to foster strong cross functional relationships
• Strong communication skills
• Manage all ops escalations calmly, effectively and efficiently
• Outstanding team first individual that enjoys a fast paced and ever changing work environment
• Basic skill on Microsoft Office, can be trained as ERP user
