Lead Full Stack Developer

At Kosy, we are a strong product organization where our users need to be top of mind for everyone within the organization so we can build the greatest product.

Our roadmap is exciting and includes items such as building highly scalable media servers, developing a 3rd party application ecosystem, developing a set of mini-games, or implementing AI data-crunching algorithms.

We are looking for a strong software developer to help us further develop our core SaaS product. You will be part of a product squad consisting of developers, a designer, a product owner, and a tester. You get to work directly with the co-founders to create a high-quality product from both a technical and a functional perspective.

• Design, develop, and deliver new features within a robust, lasting, and scalable product
• Take part in the agile process (standups, retrospectives, etc.)
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of product functionalities that work at scale
• Write code that is high-quality, performant, sustainable, and testable (while holding yourself accountable for the quality of the code you produce)
• Iterate quickly without compromising quality
• Take part in the planning process (estimations, sprint planning, technical analysis, etc.)
• Contribute to architecture & design discussions as needed
• Collaborate with testers, designers, developers, product owners, etc.
• Take some responsibility based on interests (DevOps, test automation, UX/UI, release management, framework, coaching juniors, analysis, data crunching, etc.)

• Bachelors/Masters degree in software/computer engineering
• 5+ years experience in a relevant software developer position
• Excellent English communication skills

• Someone working near the GMT/CET time zone (preferably Europe).
• Experience and/or a strong interest in most of the technologies from our tech stack
