Location

This position can be based out of Schiphol (Netherlands), Mechelen (Belgium), Dusseldorf (Germany) or London (UK). Hybrid working available.

Job Purpose and Impact

The Leadership Development Manager for EMEA will play a critical role in driving leadership excellence at Cargill. In this role, you will foster a culture of continuous learning for all leaders of people across the organization and ensure a robust and ready pipeline of future leaders to deliver successful business growth. You will be responsible for the strategic direction, development and success of learning experiences, resources and roadmap for leader development while ensuring efforts meet the needs of both the organization and the individuals to ensure ongoing leadership excellence.

Key Accountabilities

  • Leverage industry expertise and deep knowledge of the business to create and curate highly complex leadership development experiences and programs.
  • Own a significant part of the leadership development roadmap from inception to delivery and identify business value including key performance indicators.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to ensure the vision is aligned with business objectives utilizing key performance indicators to show progress.
  • Create roadmaps and communication materials that outline the vision and direction for the product offering to be used as a strategic guide for stakeholders to reference and as a plan for execution.
  • Leverage expertise in coaching to customize solutions as needed based on main areas of opportunity by business group or team.
  • Partner collaboratively within the team for design, technology, calendaring, overall value proposition, governance and other relevant items.
  • Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Confirmed substantial related work experience gained in a regional setting
  • Travel 25% to other locations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or other post-secondary degree
  • Experience of working in a large, complex and matrixed work environment
  • Product owner or equivalent certification
  • Professional certification in learning and development
