Are you that kind of person that is always willing to help? You can combine a touch of a sales and an interest in logistics? Then you might be the E-Commerce & Amazon Customer Service Officer we’re looking for!

What will be in your bowl? ????

You’ll be part of the Operations team here at Edgard & Cooper and work closely with the E-commerce team. This means ensuring our unique dog and cat food gets delivered directly to our global E-Commerce customers.

• Leading on all E-Commerce & Amazon topics within the Customer Service team
• You will ensure top service to our most important E-Commerce customers, with the support of the wider team, and responsibilities such as:Daily operational management of all major E-Commerce customers
• Management of end-to-end Amazon Seller & Vendor operations, including shipments & stock across all markets (UK, FR, ES, IT, DE)
• Working closely with different departments inside and outside our organisation
• Improving processes & building out customer excellence
• Improving our profitability by optimizing our logistics especially with Amazon
• Reducing our after-sales and distribution challenges by helping us to build e-commerce specific packaging
• Helping us with Amazon invoicing challenges, invoicing being directly linked to the orders/missing items

What skills & tricks should you bring? ????

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B customer service – with direct experience in E-Commerce and with Amazon is preferred
• You are customer oriented and understand outstanding customer excellence
• You have an action-oriented, entrepreneurial/hands-on spirit and innovative approach to solve issues with out of the box ideas
• SAP experience is desired
• Ideally you have strong supply chain knowledge
• You have strong project management & process improvement experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You are fluent in English with other European languages desirable (Dutch, French etc.)
