What You Will Do

  • Ensure that production machines are constantly in working order and maintained in basic conditions
  • Ensure Safety, Quality and machines efficiency by improving work, maintenance and troubleshooting processes
  • Carrying out the technical development plan for the machines park for medium and long-term
  • Carrying out the training plan for maintenance technicians and monitoring the performance of the staff under your responsibility in relation with the objectives set during the evaluation interviews
  • The organization of maintenance (preventive maintenance) and troubleshooting (curative maintenance) of equipment by ensuring the application of the algorithm to ensure the implementation of effective standards and continuous improvement actions.
  • Exigences

Who You Are

  • You own a bachelor or moreoriented Electricity and Automation
  • You have a solid first experience in this field
  • Good knowledge of PLC programming such as SIEMENS (S7, TIA Portal, PCS7, SIMOTION)
  • Good knowledge of Profibus et Profinet networks
  • Fluency in English is essential, knowledge of German may be an asset
  • Be able to use the informatic tool
  • Leadership ; Autonomy ; Sense of priorities and responsibilities; Transfer of information and skills.
