We are currently recruiting a Maintenance Manager to be part of our Engineering team in our Liège site, Odyssea Pharma, in Belgium. Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering, you will lead a performing team that is responsible for maintenance and projects support onsite; delivering on key strategic projects; driving maintenance and engineering development of the production site while always focussing safety first, quality and people approach.

You will
  • Develop, and coach your team in a high-performance environment
  • Build and deliver the site maintenance with a global view - ensuring internal customer and patient focus in every aspect of it
  • Lead the activities of your maintenance team (site preventive and curative maintenance, operational excellence oriented, calibration and validation), developing reliability in a safe, quality compliant manner, while maintaining a field oriented focus and mindset
  • Partner with your peers and other departments, ensuring the delivery of the site maintenance overall strategy over the LRP (long range plan)
  • Collaborate to the implementation of the capex projects
  • Be innovative by implementing maintenance and engineering action plans for the development of technological tools and processes for the current and future evolution of the site
