Job SummaryAt Avantor, we are currently looking for a Management Assistant to support our Sales team.
In this role, you will coordinate & organize the Events put in place by customers ( Symposium, training , workshop, exposition ) , by Avantor ( VWR College, Kick off Meeting , Sales Meeting & internal meeting ) & external events ( webinars, exposition & seminars ) & will coordinate all the sponsoring.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will support the generate & finalization reporting as for internal usage than external usage, presentation & will manage administrative tasks.
- You will give support on our CRM system to extract information , do specific reporting & facilitate commercial action.
- You will coordinate extraction of key information from our SAP system to complete information for Tender & work on file to support the sales team.
- You will support e-business access for our customer & will give support in the e-business environment & update sales information on our intranet.
- You support the contract management.
- You support internal communication with possibility to do translation from french to Dutch to English & visa-versa
YOUR PROFILE
- You are fluent in Dutch, French, English in speaking and writing, German is an asset
- You are independent but like to work in team & like to find his way in one organization ,
- Words that describe you well are: confidential, well organized and excellent in organizing
- You have successfully obtained a diploma in higher education with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- You are excellent in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint,...)
- Fluent in telephone contacts and communicative
- You have a good sense of initiative, entrepreneurial and assertive
- Creativity and problem solving are indispensable to successfully manage the very diverse range of tasks.
