Within our Finance & Operations Risk Transformations team of Deloitte Risk Advisory, we are currently looking for a Manager Business Operations Advisory.

Together with the team you are responsible for the successful business development and project delivery.

  • Bring ideas to the table to further develop and grow our service offerings
  • Support in the growth and development of a team
  • Define, shape, lead and deliver projects within a client portfolio
  • Manage cost, time, scope, plan, risks, issues and quality of a project and ensure suitable controls are in place
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, and client expectation ensuring the creation of solid client relationships
  • Support business and practice development activities focusing on operational excellence and / or change management
  • Understand and contribute to the firm’s commitment to creating a more inclusive culture
  • Manage diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution and individuality
  • Set a direction/vision and contributing to attract, create and retain a balanced team to deliver on this, while operating in a growth environment and while clearly leading by example.

Let’s Talk About You

  • Master’s degree from a reputable institution.
  • Clear interest and experience in process assessments and key elements of change management and operational excellence.
  • Motivated to engage in business development, sales activities and delivery of projects
  • Eager to work in a divers context, where a combination of soft skills and analytical skills needs to be applied
  • Eager to take on the role as change manager in large optimization, operational excellence and risk transformation projects
  • Strong commercial skills to manage effective client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, challenging and varied environment.
  • Fluency in Dutch, French and English
  • Certifications in Operational Excellence (SixSigma), Change Management, Internal Audit or other are a definite plus
