To reinforce our IT team we are looking for a Manufacturing IT & Data Analyst.

Mission and Key Tasks

  • Align with the Supply Chain IT & Data Team Lead by providing regular status updates and setting clear goals and deadlines
  • Participate in projects ensuring a qualitative implementation of solutions as defined in the blueprint
  • Validate, implement, and document changes approved by the Change Advisory Board (CAB)
  • Provide second line support to the business users via the helpdesk tool in order to ensure consistency of the business application tools
  • Monitor the business applications performance based on ticek volume and SLA compliance
  • Deliver key user training using the train-the-trainer concept and maintain updated training documentation
  • Writing technical specifications for program changes to be implemented by the Integration & Development team
  • Identify, document and improve the Ontex worldwide business applications template to support the end-to-end business scenarios using best practices and industry standards
  • Ensure consistency and quality of data across manufacturing systems and applications, integrating with other IT & Data systems (e.g., UDI, BI, IoT) using data integration and governance tools

Background and Experience

  • University degree or equivalent by experience
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT, Data or Manufacturing, preferably in a consumer goods company
  • SAP expertise: strong proficiency in the relevant SAP modules (PP, PM, QM, MES)
  • Advanced skills in data analysis using MS Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar tools
  • Business process analysis skills
  • Problem-Solving: strong analytical mindset with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Change/Project management skills with a high sense of responsibility and accountability
  • Understanding of process flows and ability to streamline processes
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
