Marketing Assistant

A new exciting opportunity as Marketing Assistanthas just become available in a company in the consumer goods sector. This company is in Anderlecht. You will part of the Marketing department.

Your tasks asMarketing Assistantare as follows:

• Product creation online
• Database creation + maintenance of all freestanding products
• Sell-out maintenance + promotion summary
• Cashback analysis on sales + payment summaries provided
• Create product presentations
• Marketing mailbox management (questions from customers about promotions, guarantees, products, ...)
• Photographs, specifications, energy label, EU datasheet for each new product internally
• Website maintenance CMS
• EU videos translations
• Marketing texts for the products in the shop + online
• Provide content for marketing actions of the retailers (e.g. photos and text for newsletter/ page/ blog/...)
• Checking products online at the retailers.
• Design banners/ folder/ marketing material first design

The ideal profile of theMarketing Assistant:

• You have a Bachelor degree in Economics or Marketing
• You have at least 1 or 2 years of experience in marketing
• You have excellent knowledge of Dutch or French and English
• You have a passion for Digital Marketing
• You have an advanced level in Excel
• You have an analytical and business-oriented spirit
• You have a creative mind
• You are autonomy and able to work under pressure
• You have high communication skills written & spoken
