What is MTI2?

MTI² is a global consulting and training firm, focusing on commercial and innovation capabilities. It is the offspring of the academic work of prof.dr. Stefan Stremersch, who started MTI² with the intent to go beyond what academia can offer in terms of service but ground it in the same rigor and quality standards.

We are now an absolutely fabulous team of 13 associates and are further expanding (scale-up). We also recently moved into a beautiful, brand new office in Stekene.

Your potential role at MTI2

● You develop and monitor (KPI) our own marketing strategy.

● You act as a marketing consultant for our clients.

● You design client materials needed in presentations, workbooks, videos and other deliverables.

● You are excited to bring in new ideas, to share and develop them to help us grow our business.

● You steer our activity on social media.

Are you the right Marketing Wizard for us?

● You have a University Master’s degree in a field relevant to us.

● A first relevant work experience is a plus if it enables you to “hit the ground running”.

● You are a good communicator and a team player.

● You are resilient and can handle a challenge. You understand that you can only develop yourself if you commit to it.

● You are organized to work independently (e.g., managing deadlines, deliverables, etc.).

● You’re creative and work with attention to details.

● You are fluent in both English and Dutch (French is a plus!).

● You live not too far away, so you can excel in our team on-site (Stekene, Belgium), at least for an initial period of 6 months (this also means you have a driver’s license).

● It’s a bonus if you have a proficiency in HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), WordPress, Articulate Rise (please list on your application which ones).
