To embody their kicking growth mindset, on a national and international scale, we are currently recruiting a Marketing Director.

As Marketing Director you are accountable for the overall Marketing Strategy, in line with the strategic business objectives of the company:

• You will set up and lead GIMBER’s marketing activities, across national & international markets and channels, with a strong emphasis on Brand Management & Trade Activation, E-commerce, Digital Marketing and Product Management.
• As a seasoned people manager you are able to build, shape, guide and empower strong and effective teams.
• You increase the impact and efficiency of all marketing investments, driving top- & bottom line growth, through fact-based marketing.
• You will translate the Marketing Strategy into a tangible marketing calendar with clear goals and action plans.
• You secure and improve internal business alignment with all key stakeholders.
• The Marketing Director will be part of GIMBER’s leadership team, with a direct reporting line to the CEO, and directly manages a team of 8 FTE’s.

• You combine a Master background with a strong and international experience as Marketing Director.
• Experience within a fast paced industry such as Food or FMCG is required combined with experience in both large and small to medium sized companies.
• Strong project management experience with a solid stakeholder management skillset.
• Experienced people manager able to empower, coach, motivate, strengthen and activate your team.
• You gained a strong Brand Management & Trade Activation experience throughout your career and have a solid overall experience with E-commerce, Digital Marketing and Product Management.
• Fluency in Dutch and English. French is an asset.
• GIMBER is a scale-up: dynamic, impulsive, challenging and sometimes chaotic. Therefor we are looking for a Marketing Director who feels comfortable within this context while securing additional structure.
