TRAXXEO is looking for his future enthusiastic and ambitious Marketing Manager to lead
growth marketing and conversion rate optimization.

The key mission of the Marketing Manager is to ensure an ever increasing flow of
qualitative leads in the commercial pipeline thanks to an impact driven
mindset.

In this cross-functional role, you’ll learn a lot and will have the chance to try new
things on many different channels. Campaigns ideas, brand strategies,
optimization instincts and an analytical mindset are key to driving growth,
engagement, and conversion.

Tasks
  • Define, develop and execute a marketing strategy by choosing the best activation levers
    in order to make TRAXXEO known internationally.
  • Work with cross functional team (Sales, Product, Success) to establish growth
    strategies to support TRAXXEO’s revenue goals.
  • Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns (SEO, SEA, referral,
    emailings…).
  • Participate in the choice of events (fairs, conferences, speeches, webinars,…) and be in
    charge of the organization and communication of the event.
  • Manage TRAXXEO’s website with external partner.
  • Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data.
  • Manage the TRAXXEO’s growing tools stack (Hubspot,…) to support international scaling
    of the activity.


Requirements
  • Master Degree - Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the SaaS industry and the scaling of digital marketing activities in
    B2B SaaS.
  • Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with
    cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex
    projects moving forward.
  • Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
  • Outstanding written, oral and organizational ability.
  • Fluent in French and English. Dutch is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of Hubspot CRM and the way it can be connected to tools stack through
    Zapier.
  • Proficient with Analytics & reporting (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads...).
  • 3+ years’ experience in growth marketing & SaaS companies
  • Autonomous, entrepreneurial, team player, resourceful, creative
