The Marketing Operations Manager’s will support our Head of Brand. Your primary responsibility will be to drive growth through making operational efficiencies.

Your Role

• You will be responsible for organizing, planning and supervising all structural and project-based campaigns and communications (online and offline), including newsletters, display banners, advertisements, social, basically everything what is conceivable in an omnichannel campaign.
• You always set the right priorities when creating the different road maps for our marketing materials.
• You are the filter that ensures that all communication is clear and timely, the right questions are prioritized and tight deadlines are met thanks to an excellent insight into our go-to-market strategies.
• The result of your hard work is a coherent planning for the marketing materials in the short, medium and long term.

Requirements for the position

• You have a Master or Bachelor degree and can count on at least 5 years of experience preferably in an agency.
• You have an eye for detail and design.
• You anchor the brand in all contact moments with the consumer.
• You can keep several balls in the air without any problems.
• You have professional knowledge of Dutch & English
• Given your key role, you have strong people & stakeholder management skills.
• You are a team player, happy to help out team members and share your knowledge with them.
• You work in a structured way and you have experience with setting priorities, planning & roadmapping.
• You are not unfamiliar with presenting information clearly to different target groups.
• You are an analytical genius with ten tons of organizational talent.
• You are flexible, able to quickly adapt to evolving business needs and regulatory changes in our industry.
