Job Summary

In your role as Business Project Coordinator, you are responsible for the practical organisation, follow-up and results of specific (umbrella) projects within the Marketing department. These projects are related to supporting and optimising our internal support to the entire Sales and Marketing department in terms of tools, processes, communication and documentation. All this is done with a view to transparent communication with our customers.

  • You collect relevant information regarding the functioning of the department and the processes within it.
  • You elaborate a project charter and discuss it with the concerned management and PMO/CMO.
  • You draw up a project plan and develop it together with the project team.
  • You actively participate in the implementation of the project.
  • You evaluate and report the results to the management of the department.

Profile

  • You have a master’s level of thinking.
  • You already have project management experience (minimum 3 years).
  • You have insight into marketing and business processes and a strong drive to continuously improve them.
  • You have analytical skills.
  • You are a team player with strong communicative skills. You are stress-resistant and can cope with tight deadlines.
