In search of a Marketing Specialist

Would you like to play an important part in matching our expertise to the needs of the technology industry so that companies can get just the support they need at the right time? If so, this might be the job for you.

  • You are responsible for developing, executing and following up effective marketing strategies and campaigns, both online and offline (website, mailings, social media or digital campaigns and events).

    You work together with our business units and sales department in developing, implementing and following up strategic marketing initiatives.

  • You set up lead-generation campaigns in line with the corporate communication plan and ensure their implementation and follow-up in order to grow our database of customers, members and contacts.

  • You monitor the marketing campaigns and analyze the data to evaluate the effectiveness of each campaign and make adjustments to increase the marketing impact.

  • You develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to the management team.

  • You develop and create creative marketing material, monitor its quality and ensure that it complies with brand guidelines.

  • You conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.

  • You write, check and edit the creative and technical content for various media.

  • You work with external agencies and suppliers to execute marketing programs.

What do you expect from you?

  • You have obtained at least a bachelor’s degree (preferably in marketing or communication) and you have at least 3 years of experience as a (digital) marketer.

  • You have knowledge and experience in the fields of digital marketing, B2B communication and marketing and are familiar with modern go-to-market approaches.

  • You have an affinity with the technology sector that helps you develop an understanding of the industrial target market, offerings, business contacts and the market strategies that can be used to attract B2B customers.

  • You are authentic, you know how to tackle things, you set things in motion and you have the desire and drive to get results and make an impact.

  • You are solution-oriented and have a talent for organization and project management.

  • You are a team player who works constructively with colleagues from different teams.

  • You have good digital skills, including experience in the use of a CRM tool.

  • You have the analytical insight needed to get a good understanding of the customer’s needs.

  • You communicate with persuasiveness to ensure that projects run smoothly.

  • You are fluent in Dutch and French, both orally and in writing - or you have a good understanding of the other national language - and in English.
