  • You work on all product stages from research and development to design and manufacturing.
  • You can produce outline designs, design the perfect systems and components, conduct experiments methodically, analyze data and interpret the results, and make sure that the product is safe and reliable.
  • You create 3D models ready for mass production.
  • You work closely with all kind of parties.
  • You invent mechanical solutions for complex problems.
  • You are responsible for prototyping, FEM simulations, tolerances, DFM (design for manufacturing), tolerances...
  • You support the project manager with new product development.
  • You support R&D test set-ups.
Profiel kandidaat
  • You have a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering ??????
  • You have experience in consumer goods, preferably electronics products
  • You have +5 years of experience in the mechanical design of plastic injection molded products
  • You know CREO or a similar program
  • You have a good knowledge of 2D drawings and 3D engineering files as well as manufacturing documentation.
  • You possess technical writing skills
  • You understand mechanics and materials science as the best
  • You’re confident, have strong presentation skills – both written and verbal – and you’re fluent in English.
