We are looking for a passionateMicrosoft Identity Technical Leadwho is a critical thinker, has an enthusiastic innovative mindset and is a natural strong communicator to join us in our great Digital Identity Solutions(DIS) team, to be based in our Braine L’Alleud office, Belgium. Our hybrid working policy allows homeworking for up to 60%.
About the role
As the Microsoft Identity Technical Lead, you are responsible for the definition and execution of the global IAM blueprint or architecture covering both on-premises and cloud solutions from Microsoft; and this in close collaboration with a broad range of colleagues of UCB IT. With identity being the new perimeter, the Digital Identity Solutions team has become a crucial part of our overall global Cyber Security strategy. Within this context, we are looking for a motivated individual to strengthen our team. Within the global UCB IT organization, the Digital Identity Solutions team is playing a crucial role in providing users, application owners, and IT administrative staff with secure and seamless access to applications to allow collaboration across and beyond UCB
Team
You will become part of the IT Security Team of 12 internal colleagues. In the Digital Identity Solutions team you will work with about 5 external SME’s who you will guide and manage from a project & technical lead perspective, making sure project objectives are delivered. You will report directly to the Head of Digital Identity Solutions. And with global UCB IT being mostly based and driven from Belgium, you are at the heart where UCB IT decisions are made.
What you’ll do
- Remain up to date about relevant Microsoft solutions such as Active Directory (including services such as DNS, PKI, etc.), Azure Active Directory (including B2C and B2B), Azure MFA, Azure SSPR, Conditional Access, etc.
- Contribute to the Zero Trust Network Access strategy using Microsoft technologies.
- Steer a group of technical architects/experts in line with the overall security and company strategy.
- Have a good understanding of the broader Microsoft security portfolio such as MD ATP, MCAS, etc.
- Prepare and execute technical implementation projects end-to-end in line with UCB governance processes.
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
- A degree in Computer Science, Security, Engineering or equivalent through experience. We select on personality, skills, capabilities and experience, not on a degree alone!
- With about 5 years of similar experience, driving Identity projects, Microsoft solutions such as Active Directory, having pharma experience is a plus.
- Experience with requirements gathering & definition of -; technical implementation and integrations of complex IAM solutions considering both technical as well as non-technical requirements.
- Excellent understanding of IAM related standards like RBAC, SCIM, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, etc. and their relevant role within security.
- You possess or are willing to achieve and maintain relevant certifications through training.
- Love working with people & technology and eager to contribute to a strong IT organization.
- Fast-paced, changing environment doesn’t scare you. On the contrary, you easily adapt and switch context and can offer pragmatic solutions thanks to your can-do attitude.
- Fluent in English. French and/or Dutch are nice to have. Ability to write well-structured documentation and to present technical topics to a wide audience.
- A team player who is also able to work independently and to deliver results.
