We are looking for a talented and experienced Motion Designer to join our amazing Media Team. You will work within the marketing team, to create high-quality video content for marketing and education purpose.

Key responsibilities

Design and produce varieties of motion video concepts from start to finish.

Coordinate with team members to provide motion graphics assets to complement and enhance video content (titles, lower thirds, call to action, etc.)

Manage the entire video edition process: creative brainstorm, storyboard, assets creation (screen records/graphic assets), animation, export, adaptation in various formats ( 9x16; 16x9, square etc.)

Collaborate with the graphic designers, media and marketing team to ensure a seamless workflow.

Staying updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining skills, and exploring new techniques to push the boundaries of motion graphics design.

Must have

  • Fluent in both French and English
  • Prior experience as a Motion Designer, as well as a strong portfolio of sample projects
  • Strong knowledge of the Adobe suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly express your ideas
  • You’re capable of managing projects from start to finish with strong ownership and a proactive approach
  • You’re also a team player who can effectively collaborate with others to achieve shared goals
  • Prioritize adherence to Odoo’s brand guidelines in all projects, ensuring consistency and alignment with Odoo’s visual identity
  • A keen eye for design and aesthetics
  • Maintain an organized footage archive for future edits
  • Valid work permit for Belgium

Nice to have

  • Graphic design skills
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of a 3D package (Blender, Cinema4D,etc.)
  • A touch of craziness to match the current media team’s vibe
