Role DescriptionWe are on the lookout for a Nederlands Sprekende Recruiter to join our team on a remote basis. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing and engaging with top talent across the globe, and providing an exceptional candidate experience. You will also work closely with various stakeholders to understand hiring needs and shape recruitment strategies. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, comfortable working in a remote environment, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in a remote environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Comfortable with technology and various digital recruitment platforms.
