At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a professional Network Technician to join our UniQue Braine L’Alleud team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers in the public sector and you will be responsible for developing new business by identifying profitable opportunities, maintaining your client portfolio by building strong, long-lasting relationships, and monitoring the progress of the projects, with the aim to provide excellent client service and added value services.

What will you be bringing to the team?

  • The word "equipment" refers to: VoIP Phones, routers and switches.
  • Connect equipment to electrical power.
  • Connect network cables to the equipment.
  • Replace the VoIP phones in each office and enter the IP settingson the VoIP phones.
  • Install routers into their respective racks.
  • Initial configuration of the equipment.
  • Provide basic connectivity to allow the network engineer to finalize the equipment configuration.
  • Action the SOP with regards to installation document in each location
  • Communicate with Institution’s Agency Project Manager and Implementation Manager to share the status report of each location.
  • Commute to all locations (All Institution’s countries, except two ones)


Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

  • Intermediate network knowledge.
  • Experience with VoIP phones, routers and switches.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Be able to travel to all required locations
  • Proactively behaviour in dealing with project issues.
  • 1 year of experience in international environment
  • Good knowledge of English
