  • The Role:

Here is what you will work on for this important project:

  • You will be working in the R&D department where automatic transmissions, hybrid and full electric powertrains are designed and tested.
  • You perform NVH-related testing on vehicles, powertrains and components and are responsible for postprocessing and reporting of these tests.
  • You define and coordinate NVH-activities (test & simulation) within new product development.
  • You convert concrete and abstract test ideas into real test procedures and test equipment. You will focus on NVH-related tests (modal analysis, rotational system analysis,…) for a wide range of projects.
  • You cooperate with internal and external customers and partners and are able to lead joint projects and task forces.
  • You bring together simulation and testing and you lead model-based development

  • Requirements:

We are not looking for the candidate that ticks all the boxes, but if you find yourself in the following sentences then we would be glad to have a chat with you!

  • You have an engineering degree (mechanical, electromechanical) or equivalent by experience.
  • You have affinity with noise & vibration testing.
  • You are a self-made and hands-on type of employee.
  • Knowledge of relevant software (Simcenter TestLab) is an advantage.
  • Affinity with simulation (FEA, 1D) is a plus.
  • Thanks to your strong communication skills and fluent English, you are excellent in teamwork and are strong in reporting knowledge and results.
  • You are an independent, perseverant and systematic worker with a goal-oriented and analytical mindset.
