Our client is a company that has been active for over half century. They have provide services to clients throughout the world and are today looking for administrative support in their European HQ, in Zaventem.

Job Description

Your responsibilities as Office Assistant will be:

  • Support reception (answer incoming calls, welcome on-site visiters)
  • Book meetings
  • Handle incoming invoices
  • Facility management
  • Book flights/hotels/..
  • To have a positive attitude and good customer service skills (flexibility, dependability, service minded, you can extend thoughts to counterparty etc.).
  • You can work with deadlines and are great at time management

The Successful Applicant

The candidate we are looking for:

  • A bachelor degree (preferably in office management or administrative field).
  • Fluent in Japanese and English. (French or Dutch is an asset)
  • At least 3 years of work experience in administration or equivalent.
  • A valid Belgian driver’s license (mandatory).
  • Great MS office skills
  • Ability to multitask and to adapt to different situations/persons
  • Handle confidential information and you are accurate
  • Team player mentality
