With 9 0 stores across Belgium, France and Luxembourg, through our own website, various market places and whosale, we are a fast-growing and dynamic fashion brand.

We are looking for a driven and creative Offline Marketing Coordinator who is eager to make an impact on our brand visibility and customer engagement across all markets and stores.

As Offline Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of all offline marketing activities at LolaLiza. This includes in-store communication, POS materials, event organization, and collaborations with shopping centers. You will also follow up on all OOH, radio spots, and magazine insertions in collaboration with agencies and media.

You’ll ensure that all offline initiatives are perfectly executed and aligned with the brand’s visual identity and commercial strategy. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our design, visual merchandising, and commercial teams, as well as external agencies and suppliers.

Your Responsibilities

1. In-store Communication & POS Materials

  • Coordinate all in-store communication from A to Z: collect information, brief designers, manage suppliers, and ensure on-time delivery to stores.
  • Oversee all POS materials (displays, posters, audio spots, and in-store screens).
  • Manage communication and visuals for local actions organized by shopping centers.
  • Manage the development of branded goodies and gifts: from brainstorming and supplier selection to production and delivery.
  • Coordinate the creation of seasonal and generic packaging.

2. Visual Merchandising & Window Props

  • Coordinate the development and implementation of window props and decorations.
  • Source materials and suppliers, assess feasibility and costs, and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure a consistent brand presentation across all stores.

3. Media & Advertising Coordination

  • Follow up on all offline media campaigns (OOH, radio, print) in collaboration with media agencies.
  • Ensure consistency between offline and online campaigns in terms of timing and message.
  • Identify and coordinate sponsorship opportunities with external brands.
  • Manage brand partnerships and ensure effective follow-up and reporting.

4. Events & Store Activations

  • Organize and coordinate marketing activations such as new store openings, late-night shopping events, and special in-store happenings.
  • Plan and execute brand events.

5. Additional Responsibilities

  • Support various marketing and commercial campaigns as needed.
  • Be flexible and proactive in handling ad-hoc marketing requests related to store or brand activations.

Who are you?

  • You have a first professional experience in marketing or communication and you’re fluent in Dutch, French and English.
  • You are agile, organized, and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while respecting deadlines and budgets.
  • You handle changes well and you are flexible towards new opportunities or tasks.
  • You work reactive and know how to prioritize.
  • You are creative, proactive, and hands-on, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment and take pride in executing projects efficiently and with precision.
