We’re looking for a kick-ass performance marketeer!

You have a passion for e-commerce and are determined to help our clients grow to become established brands.

About us
We take clients from local webshops to international e-commerce companies by offering them a holistic approach to grow. We do this by having the three most important teams inhouse: digital marketing team, systems team and a creative team.

We’ve done this for multiple Belgian scale-ups such as Buddybites, Brauzz, Crimibox and Puzzle in a Bag. But even for US companies such as Fully.

We believe that bringing curious, ambitious people together working toward a shared purpose creates a brand experience that can change the world.

About you

• You live and breathe everything that is related to e-commerce and digital marketing.

• You have, just like we do (at least we like to think so), a great sense of humor!

• You’re tenacious, collaborative, and humble

• You’re hungry for feedback and can try different things until you land on the best way forward

• You’re flexible and are able to prioritize in a fast-moving agency environment

• You are data driven and constantly looking for ways to optimize client campaigns

• You understand and have experience with email marketing. Our go to tool is Klaviyo.

• You have a strong understanding of Facebook/Instagram ads, Pinterest ads, Google- Adwords, Analytics, Optimise & Tag Manager.

• You don’t shy away from client contact. You run the reporting meetings and you proactively look for ways to improve the performance of your clients.

Other things we look for

• Experience? We look for at least 2 years experience, but drive and passion are just as important!

• Fluent in Dutch & English, French is a big plus.
