As Onsite Support Engineer you offer second line IT support to end users to ensure timely and effective resolution of IT problems.
  • You follow up on the open incidents and where necessary you involve the underlying support groups and/or business partners.
  • You will work in a Microsoft environment
  • Troubleshooting network problems
  • You work proactively in order to continuously improve service quality
Profile
  • You have first relevant work experience in on a ServiceDesk or similar function
  • You have a broad general IT knowledge:
    • Windows Operating Systems
    • Office 365
    • SCCM knowledge
    • Basic server management (Windows 2003/2008/2012, AD and Exchange)
    • ...
  • You can express yourself fluently in French and Dutch
  • English is a plus
  • You are in possession of a driving license
  • You have communication skills and you are customer oriented
  • You are open to work in shifts
