Operational Service Support NATO NISC ID&E OPEX - Routing &Switching ESOC

Skills, knowledge, experience required:
  • At least 3 years’ experience in latest Virtualization Technologies and Operating Systems;
  • Deep understanding of the concept of QoS in IP-Networks;
  • Knowledge of ITIL IT service management model.
Duties/role:
  • Supporting the delivery of 3rd level technical support for IT and Data Management
Services in DCIS and assuring availability of assigned services is in line with Target of table 3.2.;

  • Supporting the performs fault diagnosis using the IT and Data Management Services Management System;
  • Supporting to Supervise and carry out routine maintenance of IT and Data Management Services infrastructure, management appliances and other NATO IT and Data Management Services equipment.
