As our new Organisational Change Manager, you will be part of an international OCM team that consists of communication leads, training leads and other OCM specialists like you.

Together we will be responsible for successfully implementing SAP 4/Hana globally across STG’s many sites worldwide.

As Organisational Change Manager, you will be joining our People Program Office in Group HR, working on key strategic projects, and supporting our 11.000 colleagues worldwide. You will join a diverse and international group of HR colleagues in an inclusive working environment providing a great opportunity to grow within the role and as a person.

The team is currently primarily based in our HQ in Denmark, but we are looking to expand our geographic footprint and therefore looking for a colleague to work in our Belgium office in Lummen and Westerlo or our Dutch office in the Eindhoven area.

Also, you could expect some international travelling.

What you can expect in, as an Organisational Change Manager at STG:

We are currently operating in a scattered ERP landscape globally, and over the course of the coming years, we will implement and transform our way of working into ONE global ERP solution.

This will ensure we operate in a truly global organization with consistent processes, and ways of working and ensure we are supporting the growth journey STG is on.

You will, together with the rest of the OCM team, ensure that our strongest asset, our employees, are supported throughout this journey through strong communication, training and change management.

Also, as our Organisational Change Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Driving successful implementation and adoption of SAP 4/Hana
  • Translating our OCM strategy into a wave implementation plan
  • Delivering a coordinated communication strategy and execution
  • Stakeholder mapping and engagement
  • Reinforcement plan and execution
  • Providing support on process and system training and hyper care
  • Making sure that we reflect on each “Lessons Learned” after the implementation of a WavePlan and execute activities linked to the change activities of our One Process program
  • Advise, train and support project leaders with regard to change/leadership communication efforts
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure sponsor and project support for our change activities
Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role):
  • Passionate about the change management
  • Process thinking and structure
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, know when to challenge and how to act when you are being challenged
  • Experience working with big transformation projects in an international context.
  • Experience in driving change into large organisations, preferably by utilising Prosci and ADKAR’s change management principles
  • Experience with handling and managing resistance and reacting when needed
  • You have outstanding stakeholder management experience, and you feel comfortable building up relationships, working with and through people
  • Drive and execute projects
  • You are fluent in Dutch
  • You have at least 6 years of experience in change management
