Who are we looking for?
  • You support our Payroll Officer with the payroll administration in accordance with our HR policies and legal requirements.
  • You respect deadlines, such as processing data relating to Protime and updating personnel files, so that our employees are paid correctly and on time. You do this in cooperation with SD Worx.
  • You look after the administration of fringe benefits such as hospitalisation and group insurance, company cars, bicycle lease, mobile phones, etc.
  • The Payroll Consultant answers payroll related questions to our employees, and provides accurate and consistent advice cfr PC 209 and in line with our HR policies.
  • The Payroll Consultant follows the recent legislative changes concerning payroll related issues.
Required technical competences
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, human resources, or similar field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a payroll consultant
  • Experience with payroll software Blox
  • Experience with time registration systems, preferably Protime
Expected soft skills
  • Structured and well organized
  • Strong administration skills
  • Communicative
  • Expert in Dutch, English is an asset
Where do you fit in?

Time registration

The Payroll Consultant is responsible for the complete management of time registration in Protime (management and follow-up of performances, absences, holiday rights, ...).

Payroll
  • The entire In-Out procedure: dimona, update of personnel files (signalling data, contract and salary data, etc.), (re)calculation of holiday entitlements, delivery of mandatory documents
  • Accuracy & compliance with policies in relation to payroll processes
  • Accurate preparation and presentation of salary analysis and reporting
  • Planning bank payments
  • Managing meal vouchers & insurances
  • Management of the company car policy: ordering cars and contacting the leasing companies, damage claims, end of lease, etc.
Reporting

The Payroll Consultant reports to the Payroll Officer as well as the HR Manager and works closely together with our Finance department.
