Key Responsibilities

• Processing day-to-day payroll for more complex clients;
• Affiliation for international clients
• Daily communication with international clients
• Processing payroll based on input received
• Providing required output documents
• Assistance on local legislation

• Processing joiners and leavers;
• Responsible for the Dimona declaration for joiners
• Calculation of settlements for leavers

• Responsible for declarations (DMFA, Belcotax) towards authorities for your own clients
• Establishing a good relationship with your clients based on trust;
• Answering daily telephone calls and emails;
• Developing your knowledge on HR and payroll topics;
• Client meetings and conference calls;
• Act as a team-player
• Train and monitor the more junior members of the team (HR & Payroll Consultants)
• Being a proactive member of the team regarding optimization of the service and deliveries
• Follow-up of our internal procedures concerning ISAE (international certification)

Your Profile

• You are very communicative and fluent in both written and spoken English and Dutch or French
• You are stress resilient
• You have an analytical mind
• Expertise in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
• Holder of a Bachelor or a Master degree
• A qualification or experience in payroll is an asset
• Exposure to expat/international payrolls is an asset
