For this position we are looking for someone who is passionate about HR, very good with data and standard work, someone who has an eye for improvement and can deal with deadlines. Working with people also plays an important role here, as you are the first point of contact within HR for our employees.

You will work in a internal HR team where you will be responsible for various HR tasks such as:
  • A to Z management of the time registration system;
  • A to Z payroll management of 650 workers;
  • Providing reporting for the HR department and management;
  • End-to-end management of career breaks;
  • Management of applications and granting of Vlaams Opleidingsverlof;
  • Contacts with suppliers (HR related) and follow-up of invoicing;
  • Follow-up of general HR administration such as up contracts and addenda;
  • Contribute to improvement projects and indicate where you see opportunities for improvement in your daily work;
  • First contact with questions from employees;
  • You have at least a Bachelor’s degree or you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
  • You have an excellent knowledge of social legislation linked to personnel administration and know your way around the social security landscape;
  • You have perfect knowledge of Dutch and English (oral and written); knowledge of French is a plus;
  • You can easily handle MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Openness, reliability, stress resistance, independence and discretion characterize you. You like to deal with employees and are service-oriented;
  • In addition to excellent organizational skills, you are strong in performing multiple tasks independently, taking into account deadlines and paying attention to details.
