Located in Brussels, we are looking for a Performance & Analytics Director to play a fundamental role in the growth strategy for Targetspot.

You will be responsible to leverage data to drive decisions, steer operational and commercial excellence and strategically influence business strategies. You will manage projects & tasks related to the analytics roadmap, reporting, analysis, and metrics for various Targetspot’s line of Business: Sales (Demand), Inventory (Supply) and Campaign Performance (Direct & Programmatic).

Recognized as the top subject matter expert, you will operate with complete latitude and provide influence and leadership to cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders on ideas and solutions that impact Targetspot results.

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for
  • defining and implementing analytical tools and processes
  • managing a multitude of data sources to extract business insights
  • creating detailed reports and data visualization interfaces
  • owning a set of commercial, operational and technical dashboards and providing guidance on performance on a daily basis to relevant teams
  • translating complex analytical findings into business recommendations
  • identifying, researching, and solving discrepancies in analytical procedures
  • building and maintaining a robust data governance and integrity plan
  • defining and improving KPIs to drive relevancy in performance measures

You will have a broad impact on the company and will add value to
  • operational analytics (Direct and Programmatic campaign performance and support efficiency)
  • demand-side and supply-side performance analysis and influence on strategic roadmap for both Sales and Publisher development
  • product enhancements and roadmap
  • strategic problem solving for key decisions (country expansion, partnerships, business model)
  • yearly & quarterly budget exercise with predictive analytics

Who are you?
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience (at least 5 years of work experience in a similar position )
  • Knowledge of Media and/or Advertising industry
  • You really know your way around AdOps, programmatic and data
  • Languages: fluent in French and English, excellent verbal and written communication skills (ability to effectively influence staff at all levels)
  • Strong business acumen and consulting skills with the ability to translate detailed complex business analyses into concise executive-level recommendations
  • Possess strong knowledge of statistical analysis and develop recommendations based on solid analytics that address the root cause and explain impacts on business performance
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to operational excellence and quality
  • Ability to think and execute both strategically and tactically and to implement a data-driven decision/management culture
  • Experience with researching and deploying technology to drive efficiency and automation
