Description

As a scheduler within the operations team, you are responsible for planning training sessions and staffingfor the daily productionof cell therapies. You will work in a sterile GMP environment, where some experience or knowledge is a plus.

  • Scheduling operators for various steps within the CAR-T process.
  • Creating timely shift schedules.
  • Ensuring production is safe and compliant with cGMP guidelines.
  • Frequently consulting with the supervisor to discuss schedules and identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure business continuity.
  • Scheduling operators for their training sessions in collaboration with the training department. Once adequately trained, you will schedule operators to support and execute the CAR-T process according to procedures.

In concreteterms, as a scheduler, you are responsible for the seamless and efficient planning of both staffing and training. This requires strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate with multiple departments, and a thorough understanding of cGMP requirements and production processes.

Profile

We are looking for a planner with the following degree:

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Bioengineering, Pharmacy or a related field. / Equivalent experience.
  • For Bachelor’s degree: You have at least 3 years of operational experience in a GMP environment. Preferably in the scientific or pharmaceutical industry.
  • For Master’s degree: You have at least 1 year of operational experience in a GMP environment. Preferably in the scientific or pharmaceutical industry.

  • You are able to communicate effectively. You can set clear guidelines. (NL + ENG)
  • You are able to work both independently and in a team.
  • You have analytical and problem-solving skills & You have an organisational mindset. You must be able to manage shifting priorities and meet critical deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
  • You have the correct attitude, mindset and motivation. You know why you want to work in this environment.
  • You are flexible.
  • You can work shifts and weekends. (You work in a 2-shift system (6 am - 4 pm / 2 pm - 00 am) in a regime where you work 4 days and then have 4 days off. This ensures an excellent work-life balance).
