Your Role:
You will be primarily responsible of creating, managing and controlling the project planning during the tendering, development or construction of a windfarm project. You will take up one of the key roles in a project, with the following responsibilities:
Understand project’s scope and interactions within the business.
Develop and maintain time programmes using Oracle Primavera Cloud software.
Coordinate with different packages to develop, update and revise project programmes.
Attend and/or lead planning meetings and workshops as required.
Review programmes submitted by external parties such as contractors.
Prepare and analyze different planning scenarios as required.
Prepare and analyze planning insights such as s-curves.
Report, discuss, and explain updated planning to project team and management.
Participate and contribute to continuously improve planning and reporting processes.
Job requirements
Your Profile:
You have a relevant degree in engineering or management or equivalent.
You have minimum 2 years of experience in a planning or project controls role.
You have a good ability to understand the business and its interactions.
You have good knowledge in using Oracle Primavera Cloud or Primavera P6 software; knowledge in MS project might be considered as equivalent.
You are an advanced user of MS Office.
You are organized enough to be able to support multiple projects at the same time.
You are accurate, motivated and have strong analytical skills.
You have good communication and social skills.
You speak and write English fluently.
