About the vacancy

For our Belgian subsidiary NCA (NewCold Warehouse Automation) we are looking for PLC Software Engineers. You will be positioned to form a reliable colleague for our material handling equipment controls team.

What will you do?

• As a PLC Software Engineer, you determine, after a thorough analysis, the detailed operation of our conveyor installations and translates this into a PLC program
• You use our standard software for this, but we expect you to always have a view to extending and improving these standards
• You are also responsible for the testing of the software at our office and remote support to the commissioners onsite during implementation
• You also support and manage change request from our existing warehouses

Who are we looking for?*

We are looking for a PLC professional. In addition:

• You have Bachelor degree with knowledge of writing PLC software (Siemens TIA Portal)
• You want to learn everything there is to know about PLC Software

• The application of high-tech solutions in industrial environments interests you
• Taking responsibility is natural to you and you share your passion easily
• An excellent knowledge of Dutch and you can communicate effectively in English
• You are willing to work on projects abroad (20 a 30%)
