InSky, a joint-venture between Citymesh and Digi to facilitate the deployment of 5G infrastructure on a large scale, is seeking a PMO to join our Solutions and Technologies department. As a PMO you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing mobile projects from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
    • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation


  • Budget Management:
    • Oversee project budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and monitoring of resources
    • Coordinate with finance teams to ensure budget compliance and address any discrepancies


  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications
    • Foster relationships with external partners, vendors, and suppliers


  • Risk management and reporting:
    • Identify potential project risks and devise strategies for mitigation and control
    • Continuously monitor and evaluate risks, adjusting plans as necessary
    • Provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders
    • Develop comprehensive project reports, including progress, budgets, and forecasted projections


  • People management:
    • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring collaboration and efficiency
    • Address any team concerns or conflicts, ensuring a harmonious work environment
    • Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices and industry standards


  • Quality control and continuous improvement:
    • Ensure project deliverables meet predefined quality standards
    • Implement regular quality assessments and corrective actions as needed
    • Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the project lifecycle
    • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in telecom network rollout and construction
Job requirements

Must Haves Qualities & Talents:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or PMO in telecom or similar industries
  • Strong understanding of network rollout and construction processes
  • Fluent multilingual in speaking, writing and reading: English and Dutch, French is a plus
  • Proficient in project management software tools
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
