As part of our continuous development, we are currently looking for a Private Equity Internto join our Private Equity team in Brussels. The PE Intern will work on a variety of assignments, with both technical and commercial aspects.

We are looking for an intern to join the team as ofJuly-August 2022, for a period of 4 to 6 months.

Your Position
  • Support the PE team on all aspects related to the origination and execution of daily operations (including launch of capital calls, distributions, calculation of the NAV, draft of quarterly reporting…)
  • Analysis and benchmarking of PE funds, active in a number of core PE strategies such as buyout, co-investment and secondaries
  • Contributions to a PE database focused on fundraising activity and performance, using in-house research, market information and external data providers
  • Creation and update of commercial presentations on PE for internal and external purposes
  • Participation to private placement of new PE solutions to clients and prospects in coordination with Belgium, Luxembourg and France

Your Profile
  • You have an excellent academic background (currently pursuing or holding a Master’s degree in (applied) economics, business engineering or any other relevant field)
  • Flexible, proactive, with strong analytical and numerical skills
  • You have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • You enjoy working in a team setting
  • You are committed to excellence and willing to maintain high professional standards
  • Strong capabilities in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • You are fluent in French, Dutch and English (native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch is an advantage)
