About The JobAs Project Manager Process Optimisation you will lead key projects to align processes and procedures in the different areas and across the different regions in Engineering & Maintenance. By this process improvements you will ensure that the E&M organisation is delivering high quality and cost effective services for all TUI Airlines in a lean and very efficient way. You will play a key role in the implementation of the E&M mission, bringing into life our ambition to become STRONGER, SMARTER, FASTER in the most COST EFFICIENT and SUSTAINABLE way and acting as ONE Team. You will report into the Process & System Optimisation Manager.

  • Manage key projects to improve and/or restructure processes across E&M across all regions and deliver the projects in time, to agreed quality and on budget including a proper project reporting
  • Map, analyse and optimize processes to ensure an alignment across all regions and to gain efficiencies, standardization and simplification, taking into consideration the best practice approach
  • Ensure a continuous process improvement
  • Be accountable for proper process documentation
  • Identify, coordinate and implement initiatives in the field of digitalization, innovation and sustainability
  • Drive cultural change in E&M – working as one team
  • Coordinate project finances including business cases, CAPEX and OPEX budgets in close cooperation with E&M Finance

About you

  • 5+ years’ experience in an (preferable international) process optimisation or analytics environment, preferable holding a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in relevant discipline
  • Extensive project management experience – preferable in complex, multi-national projects
  • Demonstrating creativity and initiative, and acting in a result orientated way
  • Preferable aviation engineering and maintenance background
  • High analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in English
  • Ability to operate within a virtual airline in a pan-European arena, with multiple customers and stakeholders across a range of source markets
  • Ability to travel within Europe occasionally
