A multidisciplinary group situated in Brussels is looking for a pro-active Procurement Administrator to join their Procurement department.

As a Procurement Administrator, you will be working in collaboration with the different entities of the group and will report directly to the Head of Procurement.

TheProcurement Administratorwill be responsiblefor

  • Providing an administrative support to the procurement team (organizing/filing documents, update database,..)
  • Developing the procurement financial reporting
  • Resolving potential issues with the suppliers and building strong relationships with their key contacts
  • Preparing the RFI’s/RFP’s in collaboration with internal stakeholders and sending them to suppliers
  • Negotiating material and order costs for specific commodities
  • Establishing framework agreements with main suppliers and participating in further defining the procurement strategy/negotiation schedule

Profile of idealProcurement Administrator:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement/purchasing or in financial analysis
  • You are perfect trilingual FR/NL/EN
  • You have good analytical and synthesis skills, detail oriented and accurate
  • You are hands on, communicative, team-player and dynamic
  • You have a good knowledge in Office 365, Excel Advanced, Power BI, MS Business Central.
  • You have experience in project management.
