Soitec Belgium nv based in Hasselt, offers industry-leading GaN-on-Si and GaN-on-SiC material solutions, enabling the next generation of Efficient Power Electronic, RF Power and Sensor devices, with today a strong focus on 5G telecom devices. The III-Nitride epiwafers are deposited by MOCVD in its clean-room facility operated in Hasselt.

What is the job description?

In an innovative environment, we are looking for a Product Manager to create and develop the strategy of a new portfolio of products based on GaN technology for electronics. As the real Leader, you will manage the entire life cycle of the Product in all its phases with a strong focus on customer needs.

In relationship with our Field Application Engineers, Innovation, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales et Marketing teams, you will understand our customers needs and define roadmaps to ensure a quality, performance, cost and timing balance.

Your vision on technology evolutions on our markets and your knowledge on semiconductor materials will help you to connect our material properties and final applications developed by our customers.

You are a good project leader, you have a real vision on project management, you are a team player and can easily create relationships with the different stakeholders. More than this, you are recognised for your technical and relational leadership, you have a strategic vision, and will put forward new strategies in collaboration with technical leaders.

As you have understood, this position requires enthusiasm, technical expertise, relational talent combine with a strong sense of financial and operational results..

You are ...

Graduated with a Master’s degree or an Engineer Diploma with a 8 to 10 years experiences on semiconductor industry. You are familiar with GaN technology and/or its application fields. You have already dealt with customer relations, project management and roadmaps definition.

Your technical competences and interaction skills have allowed you to pilot multi-disciplinary. You feel comfortable dealing with international references on innovative technical projects.
